Dick has a crap load of scars, as does Heero (who also is intensely uncomfortable in medical facilities, and slightly more unbreakable than normal humans).
Will is missing two fingers on his left hand, killing Kirjava will kill him and touching her is basically sort of like, a step down from rape, but none of the daemon stuff has really come out yet? He'll probably fess up to Martha about it eventually. xD
Patrick's got at least one prominent scar on his abdomen but otherwise is healthy, as is Trip, so I'm not sure either is necessarily worth noting?
Zuko has a really awful burn scar on the left side of his face, but is otherwise healthy, so again, not sure if it's worth pointing out.

Arthas: Giant messy scar on his chest, completely missing his heart. As a consequence of this, no pulse and bloodstream can't be relied on for IVs or anything like that. Natural body temperature is somewhere close to freezing. Doesn't eat at all; doesn't sleep unless something weird is going on, at best he can get like very light catnap thing. Doesn't get sick. Body will not heal on its own, not even at normal human rates. (this is why he prefers to just "reset" himself and doesn't see what the big honking deal is about it).
TL;DR he's a zombie and there's not a hell of a lot the infirmary can even do for him besides stitches.
Rinzler's horrible medical problem is he fails at biology forever. :| (does this even count as a horrible medical problem) While he is unlikely to repeat the Arrow Incident that got him landed in the infirmary in the first time you can pretty much assume that he doesn't realize that something might be dangerous to his health unless he collapses and is physically dragged in.
Also he has a pain tolerance of Totally Ridiculous and will flat refuse any painkillers or sedatives as long as he's conscious enough to do so. His complete lack of affect and the throat scarring that makes him largely mute probably interfere with getting a diagnosis out of him, too. :S
OTHERWISE he is physiologically mostly like a human except for the fact his blood cannot decide whether it wants to be blood or glassy data cubes.
SOMETHING IMPORTANT I FORGOT: Grid Programs have hexagonal pupils! This is only really notable in that it lets you tell them apart on sight from humans/Users.
As far as I know this has no effect on their vision compared to humans.
(And it is not strictly canon but Rinzler's circuits extend under his suit so woo-woo glowing skin.)
Prefect has been pretty open about Barron's memory loss stuff (directly linked to how often Barron uses his power), so although Barron would lie through his teeth about it if asked, it might be on the list? /not entirely sure. :P

And you can update Capa to saying that he's on sleeping meds as needed now.
Sveta's fine the way she is. You can add rapid healing if need be. Iago and Beatty are normal, healthy humans, so nothing special on them.
