I watched Advent Children. I'm so happy!
It was really good! Cait Sith had a really heavy Scottish accent, for some reason, but everything else was cool. His accent was even heavier in the subtitles than in the dub!
It was everything I hoped it'd be, really. I have no complaints about the voicing, either.
All in all, a well worthwhile purchase.

That stands to reason, yes, but that doesn't explain why his lines in the subtitled version make almost no sense. "Gie, cribbins!"

Steve Burton makes a good Cloud =D

Steve Blum is a remarkable Vincent, and I think George Newburn was a good choice for Sephiroth. I did find it kind of funny that Cloud was played by a soap actor.

Mm, yes, Blum was a great Vincent. I was worried they would get Lance Bass for Sephiroth! That would be...scary.

Steve Burton is a real good Soap actor. He's on General Hospital. =D

I have the following comments

WHY WHY did Nanki get only one freaking line?

WHY WHY did Sephiroth make the EXACT same mistake fighting CLoud as he did 7 years ago, except that he stabbed him in an even more periferal location!

Also was it just me or did Reno and Rude get to do more fightign than all the other heroes besides Tifa and Cloud?

But no real complaints on the voices, excep that possibly Reno should have an Irish accent. I mean he shows all the classic symptoms of Irishness (is that an acceptable phrase Alex?)

Symptom 1: Red hair

Symptom 2: Drinks a lot. (Ohh yeah, we never actually saw Reno drinking or at least comming out of a bar, or wearing a hipflask, we should have)

Symptom 3: Problem with authority.

Symptom 4: Work is getting in the way of your drinking, not the other way around.

sephiroth made the same mistake because he hasn't learned a lesson, the love people feel for another plus his pride are huge obsticals he might never overcome because of his upbringing.

And finallly it is a nice touch that tifa can beat

It is loz if your talking about the one she fights in the church. And Yes, Vincent not sufficently present in every scene, did you know he was voiced by the same guy who did Spike in the American dubs of Cowboy Bebop?

And, the mistake james was referring to is stabbing him in a nonlethal location. It looked like a called shot, but who does a called shot to the shoulder?
