4:45 in the morning and still can't sleep, I hate this sleep cycle that I've gotten on these past few weeks. On the mainland you'll run across stray dogs and cats and other random animals all the time, the occasional possum in your trash. Here though, I have not seen any wandering animals anywhere, except for chickens. That's right chickens, they just wander around. month and a half, I've been here a month and a half and it feels like I've been here forever. Time here seems to creep by versus home where I couldn't fit enough hours into the day to do everything.
