Rubbing sleep out of his eyes, Harper noticed manila envelope on the floor near the door. Intriged, he picked it up and examined the contents.

His eyebrows jumped off his forehead. "I own this place now?"

First things first, he was moving.

Harper sat at his workdesk going over a wide selection of holosuite blueprints and schematics, he kept scribbling notes and diagrams on a flexi sitting next to him.
