somewhat of a reprise

one day in my genetics lab, i was rattling off reasons i'm unhappy in there, and one of the points i made was that the 2 hours i spend in there are 2 hours of my life i'll never get back. someone replied to that with "don't say it like that", and i've been thinking about the subject for a few days now

You're absolutely right. I have been fighting with myself about working in a super market instead of trying to sell my art and crafts.. Is all that "easy money" really worth it while I am denying myself the right to actually enjoy what I do? I have huge angst about that job all the time and I dont know if even owing money to my friends makes it worth it to stay there. I know both Matti and Ulla would wait for me to pay back but I have some weird idea that I have to pay back fast or I will be a bad bad person.
