Working out, or NOT AN ACTUAL UPDATE GO AWAY

We're on week four of working out and I've upped my pace, time, and intensity. I mean, gradually. Just happened that way. I realized though that if I'm running for 30 minutes and a GOOD mile is 8 minutes I should theoretically be hitting a mile between minute 10/12. Which means I'm either running three miles or at least two and a half-ish. ( Read more... )

Still cranky just not talking about it or talking to handfuls of people about it. All in all it's an awesome distraction and time eater so I can't stew or write. But more than endorphins when really mad I pretend I'm running on the person and it helps.

I don't think you've turned your back on body acceptance. I mean, you're not trying to starve yourself supermodel skinny. If someone doesn't feel healthy, then how can she be happy with herself, whatever size she is?
