i found this app called daily yoga i think, and you have to download the lessons for it. so far i have yoga breathing for beginners, laying poses, standing poses, deep breathing, sitting poses, and yoga for weight loss. i cant do more than the ten min session because of my back... and not every day.. BUT. i have had it on my phone for like two months now and i've done the laying pose one about a dozen times. i wish i could get to where i can do it more.. hopefully after my doc appointment next week we can see. your photo on instagram where you were doing the handstand with your feet in the back totally tickled me. i was srsly impressed

I will say definitely talk to your doc. Yoga can actually hurt you if alignment isn't right and I can't say for sure that my back pain isn't yoga related. However I'm pretty sure it's lifting related because FUCK YOU MOVING

tegan is finally using the potty and i swear i want to do a dance to the gods above. no more fucking diapers! dear god i would flip my shit if i had twofers to change. she is very demanding with her snuggles too. this morning *afternoon?* when she woke up... *kid will stay up till 2 or three am and then sleep till past one* she called me into the bedroom and was like "you have to get back in bed and cuddle with me".. of course i melted right then and there and obliged. she used to do this thing when she would cry to where she would be all "booo-weeeee" so we were like oh hai first word lol.
