Ground meat, any kind
Salt
Pepper
Any other fillings as you see fit! Chop up bacon into tiny squares, or shrimp/prawns, use finely chopped peppers or onion or garlic or chives, add spices as you deem necessary. The great thing about dumplings is that they can be filled with pretty much anything.

I'm making dinner tonight, and dinner is therefore going to be spaghetti with meat sauce because I love spaghetti with meat sauce and because my mom picked up a mix of ground beef and ground pork that I am most interested in trying out. The latest infusion treatment, the one I got on Friday, has been really, really good.
