In regards to Bush being american and thus the complaining to be left to Americans--Churchill and Victoria were British, leave the complaining to the British. As was Edward I (though I suppose with Edward, he was Norman as well, so the Normans as well).

In the draft I actually handed to them besides changing spelling I changed that part to be
