i opened a bank account today! (ok, so a litle later than i had planned, but problem- free nonetheless) i don't think my host family will start paying me by bank transfer because i don't think i'm being paid a legal amount. (too little i'm thinking) and they can trace that here. but still... now i can do everything else! *cough* save money *cough*

Think of your savings account as a killer shark that needs contant feeding or it will eat your head off!:D Even if it is only 15cents on every dollar(euro), put it in the bank and don't spend it for anything but dire emergencies. Life threatening only please.
