in response to an entry from three zillion years ago, "putain" is whore in french. it's the mean one. it is incredibly derogatory. it doesn't mean "prostitute," the noun. it is more of a curse. as my dad put it, "the way fuck means sex, but not really." my dad is quite articulate sometimes.

The King James Version puts the part of Leviticus that tells you not to have sex with animals under the heading "Social Responsibility," and you wonder why Catholics are Catholics.
