I keep dreaming about the same protagonist. You're everywhere, you know -- in the asphalt beneath my bare feet and my tires, in the vertical blinds in the living room that no longer shut properly, in every song I hear, hidden in the every song lyric, in all of my thoughts, in my heart.

We're both in the middle of this storm of people who are both perplexed and mystified by what we're doing. Which... I can't even catagorize because of the strangeness of the situation. So, Noa's father got arrested for Residential Burglary this afternoon. My son was in the car (thankfully asleep for the whole thing) and was escorted to the police station. I got a call at work and went 80 trying to get there to pick him up.

He won't be seeing Noa for a long time. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
