Fuck insane workout goals. I'll try to do 20 minutes a day like a normal person. I can't keep up with 8 hours of working out a week.
Angelo and I quit smoking today. Sometimes I'm okay, and sometimes I feel awful. I think if I can make it through a week I'll be okay. I've just been on the verge of tears several times today. I need to do this

Your dessert sounds fabulous. I think of you whenever I see Kashi in the grocery store, actually...(is that weird?)
Also, re: working out, it's better to set reasonable goals to reach than impossible ones that make you want to give them up entirely. Do what you can -- I mean, any movement is better than none, right ;P
I mean. Me being the obvious work-out authority that I am. Haha.
Anyway, I'm really glad you're posting again! ^^

I actually started getting nervous before starting a workout, because I had been doing 2+ hours sometimes. I don't want to dread it, but I can surely get sweaty for like 20-40 minutes a day...
It's probably better than doing 20 hours in two weeks and then never working out again, lol.

Speaking of seeing food and thinking of you (via Anna): I don't know why, but whenever I see spinach I think of you. Perhaps it was your salads of awesome that did it.
I obviously miss you if spinach is all it takes. Love love love love love you!

Glad to know spinach and Kashi are two things people associate with me. I definitely need to focus more on my health, and those are two healthy things I could start with :-)
