congratulations! I really need to get back into the whole working out thing. This stupid weather's had the pollen out like crazy and I'm dead beat by the time I get home from work and want to cry at the thought of exercising. Starting tomorrow I go regardless!!

I'm having the same problem - can't make myself go down to the Rail Trail when it's rainy and icky and cold... blah. And when it is decent, you're right, the allergies are unbearable!!!

I keep swearing I'm going to add an exercise regime to this diet. I'm "supposed to" anyway. Of course, I haven't yet.
