high school's a funny place. these peers of mine (peers in the sense of us all being fellow pupils of more or less the same age, though i could hardly consider them my peers)are entirely too immature. the other day i was making fun of how sophomoric middle school students' mannerisms are and then shortly thereafter realized that the same ( Read more... )

None of this is meant out of spite. Friends are supposed to tell each other how they honestly feel, right?:

Its funny because being someone who actually cared for you and didnt choose to hang with you for self propelling reasons, you sure got rid of me efficantly. You sure know how to treat a "friend", or perhaps that was naive of me to assume we were friends this entire time. I suppose that you have met others to replace me, so you dont care much, so this is where i take my exit. Good-bye Taylor, its been interesting, and well, like you said, we dont have much longer together. Six more months and you will never have to see me again. Sounds great, doesnt it?

"firstly. i am, by some sort of a stretch, perhaps the biggest jerk in school, at least pertaining to this very handsome gender of ours."

I whole heartedly agree.

Perhaps that is something who can self evaluate. And i will take any from you that you have to offer for me.

self evaluation is masturbation. onanistic in its own right.

in the first unit of psychology, we studied why people are attracted to one another. though it was mostly for relationships than friendships, the attraction is there, rarely with sexual connotation. (in other words people are attracted to each other for qualities they are percieved to have, not necesarily their ease on the eye ( ... )

i liked that bit of psych. trivia at the beginning, a very interesting read.

and you may have gotten the head of the nail, save for the playing up to the image part.

what.... an entire comment and no critisizing? hoorah! i've done it! an intelligent retort to one of your posts!

the image thing is only a guess, i dont think ill know what it is that plagues you; not in high school anyhow. i hope we stay friends after graduation, not likely as you tend to drift in this sea of coming and going friendships you've lived with... but at least keep in touch through something, even the wonderously under appreciated post office. or perhaps lj?

yes, no criticism this time. i felt like being nice, despite it not being a game day...or something like that.

i imagine the image guess was a good enough guess, certainly not without merit as many people in hs tend to be greatly concerned with their image, reputation, or whathaveyou.

and post! post is a very good idea. the post office is so greatly underappreciated and taken for granted. no one writes letters anymore. lj is good too. i love it.
