[Private, not hackable]Sealing Alucard's powers took slightly longer than I thought. His alternate, female form matches the name he chose for it. I seriously doubt anyone at Hogwarts will pick up who he is, though explaining my relationship in regards to his alternate form may cause more than a few double-takes. That's something that will have to ( Read more... )

I'd forgotten how limiting this form is. Adapting well and awaiting your orders, my Master.

Now, as to my needs...

Perhaps a little something in the way of supper, Sir Hellsing? Shape-changing does take its toll, after all.

Very good. You are to observe the students and staff, as well as attempt to blend in. The rest of the staff has been told that you were adopted due to painful circumstances that are not to be asked about. Your vampirisim was not mentioned, though if they ask, be very careful with what you tell them.

Walter will send your meal down shortly.

Understood, my Master. I will endeavor to remain as inconspicuous as possible.

"Painful circumstances"? Shall I soon find myself inundated with thinly-veiled questions regarding the state of my delicate mental health?

I was hoping you would bring it down, Integra.

Good.

Yes, I told them you're suffering the effects of emotional shock due to your (fictonal) past (I did not go into detail about it, however). If they ask about it, you are to handle the questions accordingly. I doubt they'll treat you as fragile, but it's hard to gauge someone's emotional response to hearing information like that regarding children.

Were you? Fine. I'll inform Walter.

"Master", huh? So it's one of those Ancient Greek-style relationships, eh? How kinky. Whatever floats your boat. Actually, I should have Tatsuki call me by a title, though something without the S&M undertones of course. Perhaps "Her Majesty Yukari"....

No, it's nothing of the sort. Being a counselor, you should have some understanding of how children handle the aftermath of trauma. If it satisfies her to call me "Master", I see nothing wrong with it.

Ok, ok, if you say so.

Trauma that did it, is it? Anything I should be speaking to her about? I'm familiar with trauma-induced co-dependencies though the "Master" thing seems more like she's mistaking herself for a house-elf.....

Yes, trauma. And no, she has a therapist she sees every two weeks.

*lip curls -- well aware of the horrors to which a defenseless child might fall prey under unscrupulous guardianship*

Very well; if I should encounter her, I will keep that in mind.

don't see why the brat can't just get over it. The past is the past.

Did you want something, or are you simply here to show off your apathy towards the situation?

Should we treat this Emilia girl...ah, how do I put this...differently?

For the first few weeks, that would be the best course of action. Once she's settled into the school and her routine, then it would only make sense to treat her as you treat the rest of your students.

Very well then; is there any specific way you wish us to handle her, besides differently? I mean, is she temperamental?

Not really- just keep her mind busy. She can be temperamental, especially when bored. She also likes to pick subjects at random and will latch onto them if they catch her interest.
