Such regret that I missed it!

What can you cook? Such skillz as I had with words may have atrophied, but I fancy I can outchef you. Oh for a Kitchen Colosseum in Brisbane!

I can cook only green Thai chicken curry and spaghetti bolognaise. Fortunately, I never get tired of either of them. I'm sure you could outchef me.

Ultimate toasted cheese sandwiches count as cooking to me. So does bowls of museli with soy milk.

I'm intrigued - what makes a toasted cheese sandwich ultimate? And I generally go crunchy nut cornflakes instead of muesli, but nevertheless with soy milk. They taste like crunchy honey.

Hmm, crunchy honey eh? I should definitely be more experimental in my choice of breakfast cereal. In my defence, I do engage in the use of LSA mix, and a sprinkling of goji berries.

I learnt of 'ultimate' toasted cheese sandwiches off my friend, Stumpy. The status of ultimate comes from the quality and melted consistency of the cheese, likewise the quality and toasty consistency of the bread (no burnt corners), whether or not some kind of butter or vegetarian spread has been used externally on the sandwich, if indeed there is the addition of say, tomato, eggplant, mushrooms, possibly english spinach - and for the carnivores, some kind of sliced meat.

Delicious.

I stopped eating cheese for a while (why rennet, why?), but have recently strewn my morals aside and debaucherously engaged in several cheese binges over the past weeks... ultimate toasted cheese sandwiches included.

Hi Fiona, Fiona! Consider yourself friended. I woke up this morning feeling like shit, and although a large part of that was probably due to all the booze I drank, I think it was also because I dreamt that I was sitting in an old wooden outhouse in the middle of the casino, and there were heaps of other people who needed to go, and they were all just staring in this big wide window, and I was like "Just leave me alone! I can't do this while people are watching!". It wasn't a good dream.

I dreamed you were sitting on Spencer's floor, reading a comic that had the same drawing on each page, and when I tried to tell you this you muttered something about being invisible. (?)

Drinking! Apparently, it's bad for our brains.

That would be cool if my dream-self really was invisible to awake people, and you had to be dreaming to be able to see me. Also, perhaps it wasn't a comic, but a giant game of spot the difference! If you looked at those drawings closer, you would notice on one page, a character would be missing an eyebrow he has on the other page.
