Bravo, LJ. This is a bold move, and I'm proud of you.

I bought four already, and will buy more. Thank you for supporting women's health!

I'd like to thank LJ for the opportunity to help us do what we can to support healthcare for women and men. I think I'll be making a few donations this month, hopefully to counter all of these gross misogynists all over this post.

Thanks, LJ!

Same, I probably wouldn't have chosen to make my yearly donation to PP via this method, were it not for all the vitriol in the threads above. So, thanks guys up-thread! Your hard work has not gone unnoticed 0:)

lol, this so much. I hate anti-choice people who put so much effort into harassing other people instead of, say, focusing on the fact so many actual children aren't getting enough food, good educations, etc. The opportunity cost of some of the wank that's probably happening in other comms right now is staggering.

I give $15 a month to PP, and occasionally I give more. This post, and the ignoramuses in it, have inspired me to give extra this month. ♥

PP was there when I needed birth control, and thanks to them I have never had to deal with an unplanned pregnancy. They are nonjudgmental, truly kind people as a whole. The political advocates I've volunteered with are wonderful too. Seriously cannot say enough good about this organization.

Just got one of these as a gift. I wish they had left their names. Well played, anon, well played.

Okay, I'll admit - I laughed. But that was a bitch move of anon to do.

Don't be asshats, guy. If you are really about supporting the cause, don't use it as a trolling tool.

Jesus. I barely have the money to buy gas, let alone buy vgifts to randomly hand out to pro-lifers.

That'd be like someone making a Republican donation in my name. I'd be angry.

Wow LJ, you just gained major props in my book. Kudos to you for standing up for what's right, even though some try to pass it off as "divisive." And I'll be donating extra since the backlash in this post got me all fired up.

It was Senator Jon Kyl's idiotic "90% of what Planned Parenthood does" comment that got me to respond to a wonderfully enthusiastic volunteer's request for donations with a monthly pledge. I might have given her some cash, but I was angry at the discourse and wanted to help somehow!

And I notice that it's gone up to "99% of their profits" in the mind of a certain pro-lifer, which is odd, considering that PP is a non-profit
