When should you eat in regards to working out? Right before, right after, etc etc?

My best advice on that would be this. Eat something small right 30 min before, like half a protein bar small. Then within an hour after working out have one of your three hour meals. So try and time according. The small something small before is negotiable, but I like it because I feel it gives me the energy I need for working out.
