Because, we use that in major riot control situations, and it wouldn't be humane to use it on other people without experiances the effects first hand. Too bad most contries consider it a chemical agent, and ban it.

I got that one, I think. Cause we were talking about childhood, what not. I remember cause I went all indepth like, and discussed my childhood all hardcore like. I think that means it's your turn. :D
