i think it's ridiculous that i spend hours re-doing my layout and i hardly every post. oh well.

to do before i graduate:
-read stone butch blues
-write 5-7 page media analysis (due wed 6/3)
-write 5-10 page annotated bibliography (before finals)
-catch up on missed COM readings (sort of... i just have to finish the anzaldua reading) (before finals)
-finish gay rights movement reading packet

i just poured my sweat, blood and tears into 42 pages of a thesis with the aim to uncover and critically examine fat stigma and oppression. i love, admire and respect women like beth ditto, who kick ass and take names and love themselves and flaunt it. but then i have a day like today, where all i can think about is "if only i lost twenty pounds ( Read more... )

it is beautiful outside and i can't enjoy it, stuck here with the sniffles and a throat that burns everytime i swallow. for some reason, i'm really missing old friends right now.
