I agreee with you, one does get these types once in a while, no matter what...and I think the way you and your staff handled it was very mature, too. Just put the incident out of your mind M.

Once in a while, when we are in a restaurant, we do find these boors who make us cringe as fellow-patrons.

I pity the people who need this kind of behaviour to validate their importance.

I wish you should employ a couple of freelance bouncers for situations like these. Two hulks in tuxedos hovering at the table should make the likes of Mr N behave themselves.
