Organised a 7-course tasting menu for 30 people from ryze last night. Damn, it wasn't easy doing this kind of thing while simultaneously handling a full house for regular a la carte dining. Worked from noon to 11 PM straight, getting everything going. But I got to put on my chef uniform once again and do a fair bit of cooking, chopping, and prep
