I went home this weekend. Greg and I made bonfire plans that went horribly awry. Rather than proceed with our monstrocity of a bonfire we opted to do the white trash thing and go shoot pool instead. I haven't taken Spanish in 3 years and now I'm taking the intermediate series. Gah. I tested into it the summer before my freshman year and I'm just now getting around to it. It's all coming back slowly.

I got time off of work. I'll be in San Diego from July 8-11 and July 15-18 if anyone wants to hang out. Call me. Yay.

I just worked a double shift. Hooray for overtime (for everything over 8 hours) and double time (for everything over 12 hours). Yay!! I'm a slave for the mouse. Oh, and I got a 33 cent raise. Booyah.

I'm done with finals!!! I'm done for a week, until I start summer school. WOOO!

For my final essay for my Damned Heroes (CompLit103) class, I have to write about how any work is a version of a Faust or Don Giovanni story. I'm writing about how the movie The Mask with Jim Carrey is a Faustian tale by comparing it to The Picture of Dorian Gray. I like it. Now all I have to do is finish. I LOVE this class.
