Well, it's been a bit since I had internet access, but that comes with moving! I am now once again officially a California resident. It's a big change, and I really will miss Seattle. But it's worth it

Glad that the three of you made it to your new home safely! What about Dublin makes it a cancer, haha? I feel the same way about Los Angeles, except that one has metastasized. :-P Do you have any job prospects yet?
Hehe, Dublin has no city planners. Thus awful condos spread up the hillsides like a growth, there is no such thing as a downtown, just stripmalls and condos.
Not specifically yet, I've been too overwhelmed with everything else to make much progress yet.
Hehe, Harry has finally made it all the way out of the closet (his fav hiding spot at the moment) and is exploring the kitchen! he's really done well this move.
I knew you were getting married...but it didnt quite click with me that you were actually done with school now. I guess i thought you were in a phd program or something **bonks self on head** Grats on finally finishing though. I wish i was back in...this real world outside of school is scary.
I was in a phd program, you were right! I switched over to the masters degree about a year and a half in. Idk, I'm liking this real world stuff so far... I get a dishwasher for one thing! ;)
Yeah when i entered my MA program i had the full intention of applying out to a PhD program, but by the end of year one...i had totally changed my mind about it and was like....No Thank You! Haha. Yeah dishwashers are great...its the job hunting atm...stupid economy!
