I made bison burgers on Sunday. They were awesome.

I also had cucumber sandwiches last wednesday that I thought were terrific. Apparently, this makes me an old lady.

My explanation for asking is this.  I always, always think of green.

I just found out that Barbara Gittings died February 18th of this year.  How did I miss this?!?!?

I had the pleasure of speaking with Barbara a few years back.  She was very intelligent and inspirational.
