The Comedy Studio
It's a tiny, secret comedy club in the attic of a Chinese restaurant, over by Harvard in Cambridge. 
Most stand-ups get started there (Dane Cook, the writer for Conan O'Brien--O'Brian?, to name, um, 2.)
