why do i have to think about the future?

I have started to think about a few new things recently and today, for some unbeknownced(*is this a word?) reason, they have been on my mind all day. I have always thought that I would go into a field of math-related science, but recently I have started to think about the field of social sciences. EVERYTHING in this field fascinates me! Psychology
