First Day Back -- Banned!

Until minutes ago I had been a member of an LJ community called WoW_Ladies. It was, back when I first joined, a nice place for people to discuss World of Warcraft, mostly out of character.

I hate to say it, but feminism and such can get some people absolutely insane. Scans Daily used to be a pretty chill place. Now, you better be careful what exactly you say, otherwise you might be called on any of a variety of -isms.

I'd say good riddance.

I read the discussion and I am appalled that they banned you. I wrote my displeasure on the mod boards. Sorry you got banned for no apparent reason.

Eh, it is no big deal. I mostly posted the above rant because I was annoyed, and had the letter all ready to send.

I've seen similar in other communities. You practically have to weigh every single word you propose to post so as not to offend anybody for even the minutest of reasons :shakes head:
