Back. More or less.

Sprawled in a heap of broken bones and bruised body, out by the cliffs is a body, face down and awkwardly sprawled on the ground. A trail of blood-stained sand shows where he tried to claw his way to the grass but didn’t quite make it before succumbing to - well, it’d be hard to say what pushed him into unconsciousness, considering he hardly looks ( Read more... )

Hi Tyelko! Obviously what you need is a cousin! Who's had entirely too many dead and dying Fëanorians on his hands this week, what is up.

Anyway he was just going for a little-- walk. Out by the cliffs. Not to brood at all. And without expecting to find that rift-swallowed cousin, which, while it's good not to be around Morgoth, this doesn't look like a huge improvement. So in short we have a flailing Angy, kneeling down and -- carefully! -- turning him to see if he's by any chance not dead.

A small noise of pain, and eyelids flutter slightly, but other than that he doesn't respond, probably some things moving where they shouldn't be. Being thrown at walls is rather hard on a person. And there's a little trickle of blood from the corner of his mouth that probably doesn't mean anything good.

We'd say, at least he's alive, but that may not even be such a good thing. Typist may not be noting all those things, but Angrod certainly is.

"Tyelkormo," as reassuringly as possible, "it's all right." (It isn't.) "You're out now, you're safe." (He's probably not.) Meanwhile looking around a tad desperately for some solution to the dilemma at hand: not daring to move him but reluctant to leave him alone, either.

Finrod sees the desperate brother and moves closer and...oh no is that Tyelko? He rushes forward. "Angarato! Is he all right?"

So we're assuming we made it to the next morning, and Irisse having been on watch on the porch ever since Tyelko was taken witnessed his arrival in quiet horror.

In the morning she comes by, and is let in by whoever kept watch on him during the night. She'll just come and sit by his bed, watching him with very sad eyes, but prepared to smile bravely for him.

He doesn't respond for a while, fast asleep, brow furrowed and deep in what could be either sleep or unconsciousness. His mouth might move once or twice as though to form words, but no sound emerges.

She'll be looking at him, feeling so sorry, and her hand will gingerly come to rest on wherever he's not visibly hurt, just a caring touch - but she's afraid of waking him up.

The contact stirs him though, and he moves, and cries out, almost starting to curl into himself - only the pain stopping him. He's rather too warm, feverish again, though not quite so bad as he was.

And here's a brother, who's, er, very angry at what he found out (probably from Lucivar or Fingon), and he'll be pacing painfully in the corridor when he sees Artanis.

Yes, he finds out from her, and as Irisse is there (she visited earlier), he'll wait for her to be out before he's let in.

He'll be sitting close to the brother, brewing sterile anger, and not expressing it.

This really, really sucks.

He seems almost dead, really, though at least there's not blood everywhere quite so much. Head flopped to the side, though, utterly limp and really not looking very happy. Or aware of the brother - if he were, he might flail a little.

Which clearly means you should do something to make him aware of you!

Well, Cara's going to be pianoting on the nightstand, fidgeting angrily or something, and that could be distracting - and more so because the situation is making him frown, which in turn hurts his face.

He's not disfigured, but still scarred with that star-shaped crease in his cheek, and bruised.

He does stir eventually, and the eye that's not still mostly swollen shut opens and looks at him, blurrily. The pain hasn't hit him yet, so the first question rather unfortunately is, "Am I finally dead?" Weakly.

It took quite a bit of deliberation to convince himself to, but Finrod has been worried about Tyelko, and eventually he ends up back outside his room, giving the door a sharp rap to announce his presence.

He startles awake and almost panics, initially, then remembers where he is and drops back, still too sore to sit up very effectively. "Should be open," wondering who it is now.

And kind of hoping it's not Fingon again, because that really wasn't pleasant.

He pushes the door open and steps through, little expression on his face. "Hello, Tyelkormo."

He really seems to wish for a moment he could go and jump out the window because AAAH. But. That option is not available, so her just kind of tenses and gets a little wilder around the eyes.
