I think I preferred Professor Snape as a Potions Master.

It is nice to have proper Defence Against the Dark Arts classes, though.

Perhaps there are some nice things to look forward to this summer, after all.

Normally I enjoy summer. It's so nice and quiet, and there's no rush for anything.

Now I think it could go by just a little bit faster.

Is the trip really mandatory? I'd rather not be any part of it.

Seems like my Natter problems are far from over yet. My Natter has become increasingly restless and sometimes it even makes a weird howling sound at night. Aunt and I have tried locking it in the basement for a night or two, to keep its howling from waking us up, but that only seems to make it more aggressive. This thing has taken a habit of eating my socks, particularly any with wool in the fabric, and especially when I am still wearing them. The dungeons aren't exactly warm, so now my toes are usually numb for the most part of the day. It's quite unpleasant.

I suppose natters get lonely, and this is their way of asking for attention.

Everyone seems to have gone insane. Prefects losing their badges, professors and students being hexed and hour glasses going on strike.

I am looking forward to going home for the holidays.

I liked him more when he wasn't quite so bald. The dungeons smell better now, though.
