My answer is similar to yours -- I have all the children I'm intending to rear and can't take in all the infants of the world, but I'd make sure this one found a loving home somewhere.
It's very interesting the way the problems of the world are solvable when personalized. If there were a person starving to death on your door step, you'd feed him or her, without a second though. I wouldn't give money to some one at the door, but food? In a heartbeat. Can I feed the world? Can I find every orphan a home? I don't have the means. One? I'll find a way.
