YAYYYY! ELLIS IS HOME! <3 and fancy Mark being the one to gently edge him in through the scary process! and.... i bet he felt WONDERFUL getting that bath. getting all the strange smells off him, and having himself slowly feeling more normal again.

i can't offer any advice on conal, unfortunately. :-/ he's growing up. he's going to get a little in-face with people, at times. not very helpful, i know, but if i think of something, i'll let you know.

well, as for a present for john, some plants? a cake- you know, one to cut at, not too fancy?

wow, that's quite a cut!

um. hmmm. if this is a bit forward, i'll retract it, but i'd love to have a small piece of your hair. but SAVE it. it is your hair. you could braid it and use it as a bun.

I thought he would probably go to Mark. They're buds. Goofy thing is, everyone in this family but me gave up on ever seeing L-L again.

Yeah, I know some of the in-your-face is age related. *sigh*

Plants would be cool. He has a nicely landscaped yard. I'd have to ask him what he likes best though.

No, not too forward at all. Just use it for good things, no trying to clone me with the DNA.

How much do you want?

i was worried. :-( BUT, if he's hiding out, then it's clear he's safe, to an extent. and probably as soon as he saw Mark, he came out crying, "MAAAARRRKKKKKK, i don't LIKE it hereeeeee!" poor baby!

oh, not much at all. a lock will do, say, half the size of your pinky finger? even less?

LOL no, no cloning. i'd need a follicle for that, closer towards the scalp, i think. >:)

for some reason, to me, collecting hair is very personal, and important. i have our lost louis' hair in a locket. i have my nan's hair, my mum's, even my own. something a little victorian in me? ~chuckle~

Oooh, I saw a hair wreath in a museum once. it was amazing, the intricate tiny braids involved. I've seen hair flowers as well.

OK, use it for a hair flower. LOL!

Yaaaaaay!

I'm very glad to hear that Ellis is back. :)

That does sound like one hell of a weekend - emotionally and physically exhausting!

Aaaw, I'm so glad kitty's home. I know I'd be scared to death if either of my babies went missing.

So glad Ellis is back home safe! And I had a chuckle at you cutting off your hair. I have to fight that impulse every summer, though I tend to lean towards clippering it all off! I keep reminding myself that it's easier to get up and off my neck when it's long, and my inherit laziness has stopped me from actually doing it so far. ;~P
*hugs*
