Also, I understand what you mean about the marriage stuff
My parents' divorce affected me in a very similar way [I would go into detail but I'm typing this in a weird position and it's hurting my side haha].

I can relate to what you were saying about marriage. I've seen way tooo many screwed up relationships. It doesn't really seem worth it to me. Obviously only you and Kristie know all the details of your relationship, so I don't want to sound too presumptuous. However, just because a relationship doesn't work out doesn't mean that someone in particular is at fault or flawed in any way. Maybe it was just bad timing or not meant to be. Despite my negativity about relationships I do truly believe that God has a plan for everyone in that regards. Maybe that plan is the gift of singleness. It isn't necessarily a bad thing. Paul never married. Anyway... I'm rambling as usual.
Oh, one more thing I agree with what you and your pastor said about the Men's role in the relationship. It isn't so much as dominance as it is more responsibility. I feel like I've disintegrated into "blah blah blah"

Anyway,I'm free Monday again if you want to go hiking.
