i don't think its dishonest to keep something like that for yourself. everyone needs something thats just for them, a place they can go to think. theres a difference between personal space and dishonesty.

dishonesty is when someone should know something and you choose not to tell them, or tell them a lie. having a special place for yourself is not dishonest, especially if its there in order to help you work through how to approach and handle things.
