The following is a form of therapy for me, not a form of obligation for others. Please only read if you genuinely want to.

It's 3 AM I must be lonely )

I'm SO bad about worrying about the world's problems. I NEVER feel like I'm doing a good enough job. I really want to start volunteering at Hunger Defense Fund again. I stopped when I didn't have a job (and therefore no gas money.) and just never picked it back up again.

Anyway, I'd tell you not to worry and that people can only do so much, but then I'd be a hypocrite.

"Shivery shudders icky bleck Grar hrk mphlgar." Love it. Yeah, it is humbling the amount of good one can do on one's own. But the little that one can do would be enough if everyone did it. And you know what one sincere prayer can do. Everyone can do more, but remember that sometimes you are the one that needs helping. Pride forbade me too often to accept help, and the help given would have improved my life and blessed the giver for the service given. Oh, and if you still need free professional assistance for your addiction, you might want to contact a bishop. Church has a free counseling program that lets anyone come in who has a bishop's approval. Sorry I didn't mention it earlier, I forgot how many people I referred to the bishop when I was on my mission. If nothing else, the bishop can provide some help. Give him a call.
