I got very little sleep last night.

I've got a cold in my nose
It used to be in my throat. I spent all day Friday sleeping, except for brief forays to the bathroom, and forcing myself to eat dinner. Saturday I was in bed till after noon, and then awake but immobile. Yesterday I was well enough to get well and truly stir crazy, but not well enough to do much of anything. Same thing for today. Cactus!
I just completed my very first metal cactus. It's a 3 foot tall prickly pear, and it looks great, if I do say so myself. Okay, it's technically not done, since it does not yet have glowy wire on it, but all the bending and cutting and welding is done. I'm so excited! Maybe I'll do a barrel cactus next, or work on designing my saguaros.
