July has been well, to be honest it's been fucking spectacular.

I can no longer simply relax and enjoy my meal when I go out to a restaurant. The entire time I'm there I am thinking about what's going on in the kitchen and completely ignoring the people I am there with. I went to the hospital today. I finally fell victim to the demons hanging out in my kitchen at work. In the last 3 weeks 3 cooks have been to the hospital. I was the third. The first one cut off his fingernail. The second cut 70 percent of the ligaments in her left hand and had to get 12 stitches and surgery to repair the damage to her ligaments. ( Read more... )

I don't like panic attacks. I hope they stop soon. Fear is a good thing right? I think so, fear induces a reaction and as long as you keep a cool head your reaction will be a good one. I hope I'm right about this. I know I'm gonna be fine. I've just never done this before and I only get one chance to do it right.

It's possible that this might just be to hard for you. It's also possible that you just arn't strong enough yet. If you keep just keep giving up you will never better yourself, it will always be to hard for you. Don't make excuses or try to justify your actions. From suffering comes growth.
