I love working in kitchens.

Last friday I had a sit down interview with chef Cameon. That went well enough that she offered me a working interview. A working interview is baisicly the most stressful thing you could imagine. Well, I guess it's just part of the path I've chosen but this shit fucking sucks. The kitchen I used to work for isn't busy enough to support a full staff right now. Me being the new guy they had to let me go. I have an interview at a place called Jazz ally tomorrow. Please god let me get this job.

The politics are killing me.

So it's been a year now since I've lived in Seattle. It feels more like ten though, in a good way. I've done a lot and i've seen a lot and I've learned alot. Thank you to everybody who made this year what it has been. I'm so thankful for all of the good times and new friends I have made this year. May we all have many more like this.
