You do realize that the agreement implies that the reverse is also true, that the Irish intelligence agencies can do the same here, on US soil? The agreement is reciprocal.
I know, and fortunately for most of us the Irish Government is too busy trying to reconcile self rule with English rule that they're not out hunting us. However, if it's bringing things in line with the European Union agreement we'd all just best duck and cover now.
