Entry #8

I got an unexpected bonus when it came to moving into my new flat. It turns out that my brother's wife wants to renovate their place again, and ended up giving me all her cast-offs.

She does rather like the colour pink though. Or used to. Now she's onto autumn tones. Which Callum tells me means orange. And a lot of it.

Not at all? That's odd.

Private to Terence: You are a reasonably sound sleeper though.

Perhaps you're being haunted.

I don't think so, Terence.

No wind at my place last night. Perhaps there was some other, more interesting, reason for your bed to be shaking? Hmmm?

Sorry Sweetheart, you know I can resist an opening like that.

No, there wasn't. You know me too well.

Your flat is adorable!

Seems like you have a haunting. Wicked! I'll bring the ouija board if you can provide the candles. We are going to have ourselves a Muggle seance! We can do it in your new adorable bedroom as well.

I hope you don't mind if I sleep over sometimes. It's nice to be away from the same walls and furniture that I've been looking at for the past several months.

Merlin, I hope not. Not to the staying over thing, that is, but to the ghost.

You can never have enough neighbors. What you need to do is state your case. Let the spooky know you're not going to leave because of a bed shake.

But that might make things worse. Go around the flat and introduce yourself. Let the spooky know that you are a friend and that you went to school with other spookies, who were friends. Except the Bloody Baron, but you don't need to mention him. Maybe suggest Hogwarts to the spooky?

I'll be alright so long as it's not a poltergeist. You know how I feel about poltergeists.
