do any of you ever soak in an epsom salt bath? ok, have you ever heard of it?

i think it is by far the best natural mineral ever. if you do, did you also know that it is a saline laxative? i did not either. apparently so. actually it says here on the box.. EPSOM SALT- SALINE LAXATIVE.

I grew up in the country. Epsom salts were used for everything.

It is also used for making burley for fishing. Oh, and yes, it's laxative properties are proven :(
