there is nothing worse than ordering a beef enchilada, biting into it.. and tasting chicken. ::shudder:: i'm very picky when it comes to eating chicken. i certainly will not eat chicken from a fast food restaurant, chinese restaurant, mexican restaurant.. no, ANY RESTAURANT FOR THAT MATTER.. except beauregard's hot chicken wings.. that's it

I can't handle ground beef. At ALL. Ground any meat, basically, though I force myself sometimes. Tonight, for instance, I'm making lasagna with ground italian sausage. I'll eat it.
I'm the same with brats. I love the taste, but one hard-ish piece, and I'm finished, probably for months or more.
I love chicken skin. LOVE it. And chicken breasts. Yum. I like to buy the whole rotisserie chicken, and slice up the breasts for us, and then pick out ONLY the yummy meat and make chicken soup with it. Yum. But my bro doesn't like chicken, so I understand.
I like my steak medium rare or rare. Yum. Not the fat...yuck.
And sushi..mmmm....I'm craving it again....mmmm.
But I am not big on the ground meat. :( It hides scary stuff. That's my fear.

Sushi...you love it, too? Yum. I pretty much just like the salmon, tuna, yellowtail, shrimp, and crab, though. I'm fussy even about sushi! lol. Which is your favorite?

I remember having pork at a chinese place and biting into a piece and it was all fat. Ick. I don't like the fat. I'm iffy about chicken unless it's at a really nice restaurant.

I don't ever order beef at mexican food places. You want to talk about mystery meat? Ground beef could be anything. At least with chicken breast in my taco I know it's really chicken MEAT and not just "parts".
I even have a difficult time eating beef fajitas because they tend to be gristly. Nothing turns my stomach more than biting into gristle. EW!
That said, I still love fast food hamburgers. Otherwise, the only kind of beef I'll eat is a filet steak because it's lean, not marbled, and almost never has any gristle.
