So some or most might not actually know but me and hayley have split up.

2 days before christmas (impeccable timing by myself as ever). Its ok though, we are still best friends. it took a couple of days for it to sink in but we have been hanging out and just chillin and just appreciating all the things we should have done while in a relationship. I

I heard about what happened from Elly, I'm really sorry to hear about the whole thing. Obviously we don't see each other anymore for various reasons but you were both a big part of my life at one point so I feel really sad that everything's changed.
I hope you're both ok, let hayley know I'm thinking of her xxxxx

Thankyou Amyy, I will let Hayley know what you have said too. It was not a nice thing to do but when the need for change is there it has to happen. We were both upset but things settled very quickly and now we are getting a long as friends which is nice because we can appreciate our time together for what it is and not as a couple. We both feel a weight has been lifted and have had a breath of fresh air. I don't know what the future is but we know we want to be good friends which is half of the battle and neither of us has done anything wrong toward each other so we have no bitter feelings. Its gonna be weird and difficult but now we have a chance to work on our own lives and keep improving things and hopefully it will be a catalyst to better things for both of us.
