Today I went to the library - any day that involves a trip to the library is a good day, even though it was pouring down rain and I had forgotten to wear a hat. This morning, I'm cold, disappointed with myself, and the cat threw up on the blanket.
I open the blinds and stare at the frost on the ground and try to pray.
Then on the recycling bin, a perfect spider web is outlined in frost, and I think that this means that things are okay.
