I had an amazing birthday. I'd even go so far as to call it somewhat overwhelming. Tina took me to dinner the night before and in the morning I woke up to a mountain of chocolate in front of my computer from my fantastic boyfriend. It's been a hectic few days. Lakefair included doing volunteer work at the Altrusa Elephant Ear booth on Saturday and going to the fireworks on Sunday. Mike won me a unnaturally orange bear and I ate overly greasy curly fries, all the time thinking of Lakefairs past and people who are gone ( Read more... )
