I posted these in the DoA gallery, but expect zero comments there. XD At least here, I can keep a good record of dollie character developments! ;)

Yeah, I agree that coming up with backstory is fun. :DDD It would be interesting to see him interacting with Nomiki and Andres too. Aquarium shop assistant! That's a job I wouldn't mind either. ^_^

I had considered getting a random head to practice faceups on, but then there's the danger of being too lazy to wipe it off once I'm done. Or worse, wanting to keep it as a new character. ^^;

Backstory really gets me into a doll! :D And I have ideas for him interacting with Nomiki at the very least. X3

I know! Especially because I want to buy an aquarium right now. That's probably why I put that into his story. XDDD (Also: If/when he gets the dj job, he'll go by DJ Discus, like the fish! X3)

Hahaha, well, I did like the sculpt (or at least, a couple repaints of it...most of the ones I see of Seolrok I don't like at all!) and the resale value on Switch dolls is good, so I figured I'd be ok if I decided to keep him, and wouldn't lose out if I decided to sell him. Win/win! XD

Aquariums need a lot of research and maintenance, especially small ones. :) I actually prefer keeping shrimp now, because they eat less and can live in small planted tanks without a filter. Heh. :D

Oh no, your argument is quite convincing. O-o;; Switch heads are quite attractive too. Noooo! I don't need a floating head! >_>;;;

Ah, so cool! Shrimp are cute! I'm still pretty determined to have puffers though, so shrimp would only be a snack for them. XD

Switch heads are weird! With the right faceup, they all look really nice, but I've seen some faceups that really make me dislike the sculpts, too. I can't really make up my mind about most of them! O: And I hear you on floating heads, it's already bothering me that I don't have a body for this guy. =_= But SD17 is expensive! :(

Yeah, puffers are adorable. :) I love the way they follow your finger and their eyes can actually rotate to look at you. ^^

I think I've only seen a few non-official Switch photos... hmm. Time for more research. :D Any excuse to look at dollie photos. XD

I like him. I don't think you did as bad on the face-up as you think you did; certainly better than my few attempts!

I like this look on him too; these shots remind me of Ewan MacGregor in "Velvet Goldmine."

Thanks! I know the faceup could look a lot worse, but it's also not really up to the standards of what I like to have in my dollie family. XD; I do kind of want to try again, though! Just not yet. ^^;

Oooh, I haven't seen that movie in forever! I like the comparison, though. ;) Thanks! :)

OMG...now that you mention it. He does look like a late 90's Courtney Love!! Ahhhhh, scary!
^_^ Anyway, I love coming up with back stories (which is why I have a constantly rotating cast of dolls) and reading them too. Are we due for a new Andres story yet? Or Graeves?

Haha, it works for him! (For now at least, though whenever I repaint him, I'll probably still have heavy eye makeup! XB)

Backstories are fun! I'm still kind of stuck in girl-mode though, so probably I'll do more with them again. XD
