Oh my word, I slept like a log last night. I am excited to get solid sleep, although I worry that I am becoming addicted to sleeping pills. I can fall asleep with out them, but I can’t stay asleep. Try taking melotonin supliments. It's natural, non-habit forming, and it works just the same.

Hey, I tried the melatonin supplement. It works wonders, and I don't feel overwhelmed with drowsiness when I awake. I do have to take twice the amount suggested though. Oh well! I really appreciate your helpful suggestion, thank you!

I used to be into ny quil. It worked but the rest wasn't quite as helpful as normal sleep. That was nice of you to get Chelsea that job, sorry it didn't work out. I wish I could give everybody big jobs and we'd all be happy.
