In proper english we actually spell this aesthetic! There's a few chokers who are BA in philosophy who could really give you a good interpretation of this.
Mine however runs thus. Bearing in mind the phrases 'favourable impression', 'on the watch' and 'uses tactics cleverly' what we can gather is that this is saying you are susceptible to appearances, how things seem on the surface. How things look is how they are... perhaps.
Actually what it's really saying is that you like things that are artistic, or use artiface in an intriguing way.
