The day after a concert is such a let down :(

A high school classmate posted a picture on Facebook of her dinner receipt which at first glance looks like she paid double the tax. I commented right away on the picture (that was uploaded on her Blackberry) that the final total was correct and it must just be a computer glitch that makes the tax show up twice. If you're going to bitch about your job, you probably shouldn't have your manager as a Facebook friend...and you probably shouldn't update your status when I know you are on the sales floor considering that I'm writing you up for job performance.

On that note, I'm going to go bash my head against the wall.

Found out Friday night that my request for leave of absense has been denied. I was sitting in the office when Patrick called Mark - basically, the options Mark give me are that if I want to still take the program with Humber, I have to resign and then re-apply with the company after completing the program...with no guarantee that I will get my old ( Read more... )

Tonight, while we were playing ball, a bunny rabbit hopped onto the field.  Naturally, everyone was all "awww look at the bunny" and then lamented when it hopped away.  Mark, the eldest of the Glover boys says, "Oh, I thought when you said bunny, you meant Steph."
